For more than 30 years, I’ve called Centerville home. I was born and raised in Davis County, graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in journalism, and spent my career in TV, radio, corporate communications, and education.
I’ve seen firsthand how strong communities are built—through participation, transparency, and a commitment to shared values. Now semi-retired, I feel a deep responsibility to give back to the city that has given me so much.
My decision to run for City Council comes from a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive here, regardless of income or identity. I want to ensure that Centerville remains a place where our children and grandchildren can build a future.
When I’m not working on community issues, you can find me skiing, gardening, spending time with my grandchildren, or exploring my passions for nature, history, and science.
